Mongeard-Mugneret Beaune 1er Cru Les Avaux

The wines from the “Avaux” plot have an accentuated robe of intense and dark color. The bouquet offers a range of very varied and complex aromas, animal notes on a background of leather and red and black fruits, berries, blackcurrant, morello cherry.

Both silky and dense on the palate, Beaune 1er Cru “Les Avaux” displays a certain distinction and a great deal of balance in a warm and ample context. The tannins are expressed but not excessively, beautifully blended with sour flavors and candied nuances.
