The wine
The robe of the Regret has a slightly intense and young ruby hue. The perfume is a set of great finesse that puts side by side the varietal notes of raspberry and wild strawberry and the more specific floral notes of the Roero area. The sip is characterized by a good acidity and by the refinement of the tannins, the mouth combines a harmonious, vibrant and snappy finish. The tannic finesse of this Nebbiolo goes well with first courses with meat sauce.
