Following the tradition, Barolo Mirafiore is produced by combining wines from different vineyards. The choice of vineyards can vary according to the characteristics of the vintage. Assembly takes place as soon as the malolactic fermentation is finished. The long maceration and the reduced decanting carried out during the refinement allow to anticipate the development of tertiary aromas even before bottling.
The color is garnet red, of good intensity. The perfume is reminiscent of spices such as nutmeg, bay leaf, black pepper, ripe red fruit and black licorice. In the mouth it is an important wine, with powerful and harmonious tannins and with a very fresh acidity which favors a very long finish.
