Michele Satta Bolgheri Rosso

This wine is the expression of the vineyard (about 20 hectares) planted in more recent years by Michele Satta, with the aim of enhancing the characteristics of the area with a red of great character and pleasantness. The grapes are grown with ancient care and craftsmanship, in a high density vineyard (about 6000 plants / ha) and in natural balance. During the harvest, the grapes are selected with manual harvesting when they are perfectly ripe and fermentation takes place without adding artificial yeasts, with pumping over or punching down. After 12 months of wood, the wine is bottled ready for consumption.
