The wine
At sight it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections; bright and lively foam; fine and persistent perlage. The aromatic range is floral, delicate, with hints of golden apple, white peach and hints of cedar. Strong and savory sip with excellent acid-tannic balance; persistent and harmonious. Excellent as an aperitif, to accompany appetizers, raw fish and shellfish.
