Mastroberardino Greco di Tufo Novaserra is a characteristic and enveloping white like the earth from which it comes. Intense straw yellow color, hints of apricot, pear, apple, peach, almond stand out on the nose, combined with notes of sage and mineral hints. In the mouth an excellent acidity and sensations reminiscent of ripe fruits are appreciated. Great softness and flavor. Suitable for accompanying legume soups, white meats, shellfish and fish dishes.
