Mastroberardino Fiano Radici is a flagship white wine from Campania. Bright straw yellow in the glass, the nose offers a multitude of pleasant aromas, first of all those fruity of pear and pineapple, to which must be added a touch of acacia, toasted hazelnut, honey and hawthorn. In the mouth it is extremely convincing, with a seductive and enthralling gustatory register due to the pulpiness of the fruit, the expansive flavor, the mineral thrust, the juiciness of the drink, the slightly spicy aftertaste and the elegant dynamism. The finish is long and persistent. Excellent as an aperitif to accompany crunchy toasted hazelnuts, it is a classic combination on all seafood, on white meats and fresh cheeses, in particular buffalo mozzarella.

Italian whites
Nicely balanced, rather dry basic appearance than fruity, accompanied well the white asparagus compares well with other whites from the Greco di tufo varieties
