The wine
Pressenda is a spectacular vineyard overlooking the Serralunga castle, inside the Castelletto di Monforte d'Alba cru. Wine suitable for a long evolution in the bottle, it is born pleasant thanks to a natural acid component that refreshes the palate. Of remarkable structure and drinkability, it develops aromas of mint, violet, raspberry and spices. In the mouth it is solid and persistent. Able to resist time, it goes well with important dishes.
