At sight the Roero Riserva San Michele has an intense ruby red color; the nose develops intensity and richness with aromas composed of notes of black fruit and spices with a continuous evolution. Pleasant and inviting. The sip reveals character with a long and persistent finish; very stylish. Excellent in combination with meats such as braised meats, steaks and aged cheeses.
