Details for Marchesi di Barolo Barolo Coste di Rose 2016
Review
Ruby red color tending to garnet. Intense aroma with a clear hint of rose, licorice, spices and aromatic herbs, especially wild mint. Full, elegant, full-bodied taste. Even the delicate color and the structure confirm a Barolo of immediate pleasantness, balance and harmony.
Ideal companion for the typical appetizers of the Langhe: raw meat, vegetable flans, truffle eggs. Excellent with tajarin, roasts, sheep and goat tome and medium-aged hard cheeses.
