Lunae Colli di Luni Vermentino Numero Chiuso

Selected vintages, very selected grapes: the name of this wine already clearly indicates its exclusivity, its uncompromising orientation towards superior quality. From the best pebbly and skeletally rich areas of Lunigiana, Numero Chiuso cold macerates on the skins for 12 hours, and then rests in large 20 hl oak barrels for 14 months sur lie, with frequent batonnage. In short, a "red" Vermentino capable of expressing an incomparable aromatic range, with vertical notes of Mediterranean scrub and ripe fruit which confirm the beautiful golden reflections of the glass. In the mouth it is ample, enveloping, with velvety notes of vanilla, honey, ripe fruit, balanced by the subtle hints of a sapid and balsamic minerality.
