The Franciacorta Satèn of Le Marchesine presents itself at the sight of a bright straw yellow color; the nose is broad and rich, expressing hints of sponge cake, biscuits, citrus fruits and yellow pulp fruit. The sip is creamy and enveloping, lively and crunchy with savory and acidic notes that give freshness and pleasantness. The finish is persistent and aromatic. Excellent as an aperitif to be enjoyed with appetizers and in combination with fish dishes such as cod fillet.
