The wine
Le Grascete is a full-bodied and elegant wine with an intense ruby red color. The nose reveals delicate fruity aromas of plum jam, cherry and rhubarb, along with pleasing spicy hints of cocoa and coffee roasting. Well structured mouth, with round and well harmonized tannins. The finish is long and persistent, with hints of balsamic notes. Perfect to combine with a risotto with vegetables and main courses of meat, roasted or grilled.
