Le Dit de L'Hortus La Soulane

This cuvée comes from a plot: La Soulane, one of the most beautiful terroirs of the property. It faces due south in the middle of the slope under the cliffs of the Hortus. The limestone scree soil is both draining and deep. The vineyard although in one of the hottest climates of the valley does not suffer from summer drought. This results in obtaining a beautiful maturity combining power and an excellent balance between the quality of tannins, acidity and aromas.
