Straw yellow color with golden reflections, the nose has fresh but intensely delicate notes: vegetable, first, on the surface and that faint memory of sage, Mediterranean scrub, green pepper. The fruit arrives later; yellow peach and not too ripe pineapples, and then the mineral salts; decisive flavor in the reverberations of the volcanic soil. On the palate the wine is well supported by a pleasant acidity with an expressive freshness. It goes well with vegetable patties, fish dishes and white meats.
