Ruby red with violet reflections, it has a good intensity, fruity aroma with notes of violets and small red fruits. In the mouth the wine is lively, pleasantly acidulous, soft and with good persistence. Typical wine for the whole meal, it goes well with both appetizers and first courses and second courses, excellent with the traditional bagna cauda.
