The wine
A very beautiful rosé cuvée, named l'Apprentie Sorcière, which completes the "Sorcières" range of Clos des Fées. Made from Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah, this fruitful and delicious wine comes from 16-year-old vines. It offers aromas of citrus fruits, lychee and red fruits on the nose.

Clos des Fées is located in the Agly Valley, in the Roussillon region, where the sommelier and wine critic Hervé Bizeul and his wife Claudine settled in 1998, after acquiring 8 hectares of land.
