The wine
The white wine Campo dei Fichi produced in the Langhe by Giribaldi has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, a floral scent with clear hints of pineapple, vanilla and sage. In the mouth, lively fresh with great structure with notes of exotic fruit (passion flower) and slightly aromatic aftertaste. Sensation of sweet vanilla in the mouth. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with tasty fish dishes, shellfish and delicate cheeses.
