Francesco Rinaldi's Barolo Cannubi is a wine from the best cru of the denomination. Characterized by great austerity that makes it an elegant wine with complex aromas. Cannubi was identified on the label for the first time in 1752, even well before the birth of the Barolo denomination and before the same word appeared on the labels.
At sight it is ruby red in color with strong reflections; the aromatic bouquet is characterized by aromas of cherry jam, cinnamon, ripe strawberry, leather, spices, dried flowers, licorice root and mineral notes. In the mouth the taste is rigorous, harmonious, characterized by astringent tannins. The freshness is well balanced and pleasant. Excellent with meat sauces, game and aged cheese.

super moment !
Rinaldi est toujours une valeur sûre de l'appelation. Dans un style assez classique il est tout en finesse et gourmandise !
