Fraccaroli Cabernet Sauvignon

The typical character of the grape is mediated by the very low yield, by the favorable environment of Lake Garda, but above all by the sensitive hand of man who has made a personal interpretation of the complexity of which this wine is endowed. The small volume barrel and time completed this work, enriching it with harmonious sensations. Fraccaroli Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant red wine with complex aromas that make it pleasant.

The richness of this wine arouses various emotions. The deep ruby red color has garnet reflections, without however having lost the liveliness of purple. The perfume is the prelude to a considerable thickness of the body. Ethereal, wide, we can distinguish the tomato leaf, the morello cherry, the plum and the violet, the ripe red fruit, the raspberry and blackberry jam, the spicy with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. Amplitude and harmonious roundness thus appears on the palate: right balance between softness and tannins; the warmth and elegance of the aftertaste make it typical. Excellent with red meats (fillets and cut of beef or ostrich), lamb or mixed grilled meats. It also goes well with spicy, aromatic and succulent first courses, with a strong but not intrusive taste.
