Fontanafredda Langhe Rosato Solerose

A long and careful vinification process is the basis of the high quality of the Solerose Langhe DOC Rosato di Fontanafredda wine. Originally from the renowned Piedmont area of the Langhe, it is made with a special blend of Freisa, Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes, with which it manages to involve the senses in a delicate and pleasant way.

Aged according to tradition for 3 months, and bottled at the end of winter, Fontanafredda's Solerose Langhe DOC Rosato wine has a soft and full taste. Hints of strawberry, raspberry and blueberry delight the palate, while the sophisticated powdery color with golden reflections intrigues the eye.

This rosé wine is very versatile in use. In fact, in addition to being an ideal wine for classy aperitifs, it also lends itself well to accompanying dishes, both simple and more refined, such as pasta-based first courses, cold cuts or seafood dishes.
