Review
Barolo di Fontanafredda is produced with Nebbiolo grapes, the nose is full of aromas reminiscent of small red fruit and violet. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature while the refinement is conducted entirely in medium and large barrels for the duration of two years and 12 months in bottle. It has a medium intensity garnet red color with ruby reflections. Barolo di Fontanafredda is ideal for serving with red meat dishes or medium or long-aged cheeses.
