The Borgo Guarini withering garden, with its fruits, offers unique and unrepeatable emotions and experiences that touch the heartstrings. Ocra is a sweet wine characterized by a passito base, not added with alcohol or aromas. Once the right degree of ripeness has been reached, the grapes are harvested in the first ten days of September and left to dry on the racks. At sight it has a golden yellow color; once the glass is brought close to the nose, you can perceive bursting hints of dried figs, apricots and orange peel: an intense perfume that awakens all the senses and evokes memories of honey and rose to the mind. Fruity and harmonious wine that is persistent on the palate and gives a very satisfying taste experience thanks to its excellent softness. Perfect to accompany desserts, its contained alcoholic structure allows it to enhance goat cheeses and smoked fish.
