A single varietal made using grapes from the oldest vines the winery possesses. The intention is to delight the consumer with a wine that shows the maximum expression of this variety's aromas and flavours, so much like tropical fruits.
A whitish-yellow colour, it is clean and bright in appearance. The nose exudes very intense, tropical notes, whilst the palate is concentrated, with a long and pleasant persistence.

As good as ever
We first fell in love with this wine of a trip to the Alhambra sitting watching sun go down. Wines you drink on holiday do not always taste as good at home, but Finca la Collina never disappoints. Soft summer stone fruit balanced with good acidity, with food or drunk on its own its always a pleasure.by: Paul Sauerberg (30/03/2017) - Vintage 2016
Crisp and sharp sauvignon blanc. Wonderfull wine!
Typical for the grape used. It comes from Rueda where the usual grape is verdejo. But this wine using a differnt grape, sauvignon blanc, is a splendid achievement. Perfect for schrimps and shell fish.by: Francis Smyth (11/08/2017) - Vintage 2016
