The wine
Feudo Disisa Grillo is a fascinating Sicilian white, colored with fruity essences of bergamot, pear and prickly pears and vegetable embroideries of thyme and sage. The sip enters the mouth decisively, giving pleasant sensations of a fresh and elegant drink, with soft and juicy citrusy moods. Good flavor and minerality with a pleasant and satisfying aftertaste. Excellent bottle to combine with a seafood risotto, pasta with sardines, a peppered mussels and young cheeses.
