The wine
The Erbaluce di Caluso Cariola produced by Ferrando is a typical Piedmontese white wine; it has a straw yellow color, intense and brilliant in the glass. The nose offers floral aromas, hints of fresh fruit, vegetables, green apple and even aromatic herbs. Fresh on the palate, good sensation given by alcohol, unobtrusive, good body and balance. Excellent combined with appetizers, vegetable creams, white meats and fish.
