This wine represents the pride and satisfaction of being able to compare Albana with the great German and Austrian TBAs. In 1995 the Fattoria vinified the first 180 bottles of 375 ml of this selection of noble grapes obtained from graded collections of single berries, in years in which the botrytis develops sugar concentrations far above the average of the collections used for Scaccomatto. It can happen, as in the 1995 and 2014 harvests, that after these harvests there is no production of other sweet wines.
Intense antique golden yellow, the nose reveals an absolute essence of candied fruit and pure, spicy honey. Viscous and oily on the palate, with concentration but extreme purity, always oriented on the notes of honey, peach and candied fruit. Very long and persistent.
