The wine
Manero Bianco is a wine characterized by a pleasant freshness that goes with any occasion. At sight it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The aromatic bouquet it releases is composed of fruity aromas, in particular notes of Golden apple, white plum and green banana are distinguishable. On the palate it is immediate and sweet, in the finish it has a slight acid note that facilitates drinking. It should be served with fish appetizers, first courses with seafood, white fish cooked on the grill or steamed.

Fattoria del Cerro
Fattoria del Cerro is the largest and most productive winery in the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano district. One of the many flagships of Toscana, where Sangiovese expresses itself with delicacy and softness. Wines with a territorial style, therefore, but never excessive in terms of pressing, ageing and roughness: ready to drink and with a contemporary grip, they do not shy away from a bit of waiting.
