The wine
Ferdinando Principiano's Rosè Extra Brut Belen 2016 sparkling wine is produced from Barbera d'Alba grapes, rests on the lees for a year and is a fresh and crunchy wine, lively and easy to drink.
At sight it presents itself with ancient pink nuances and with fine and persistent perlage; the aromatic bouquet is characterized by fruity notes of the Barbera. The sensation in the mouth is lively with acid and well balanced tones. Excellent as an aperitif to accompany mixed cold cuts.
