The wine
Ferdinando Principiano's Barbera d'Alba Laura is a red wine linked to the land of origin and the history of the vineyard created by Ferdinando's father. Boscareto is a natural amphitheater exposed to the sun, well ventilated, but sheltered. Not only rows of Nebbiolo, but also of Barbera.
This wine has a ruby red color and the aromatic bouquet is characterized by the floral scent of roses and violets with hints of cherry and mineral notes. The sensation in the mouth is fresh and delicate characterized by a soft and fruity sip. Excellent paired with first courses with meat and vegetable sauces, ideal with cold cuts and stewed red meat.
