Dry white wine with a pale straw yellow color. Delicate, fresh and subtle aroma, with hints of herbs and yellow wildflowers, light honey, woody resins and citrus fruits; dry but delicately soft, savory, fresh flavor, with a good structure, continuous, with a pleasantly bitter aftertaste. Product suitable to accompany a wide range of courses such as seafood appetizers, stuffed vegetables, pansotti with walnut sauce, lasagna and trofie with pesto, risotto with cuttlefish ink, fish ravioli, boiled whitebait, boiled white fish from the Gulf or with salt.
