Review

Kabir was born from Moscato d'Alessandria vines cultivated with a low Pantelleria sapling of over one hundred years of age; the harvest of the sweet bunches usually takes place at the end of September. In the cellar the process is extremely simple: after a soft pressing the must is fermented in steel where it ages for two months.

The golden nuance of Kabir speaks of the sweet softness of this Moscato which reveals its vibrant acidity only when tasted. From the glass comes the invitation of the exquisite notes of peach, orange peel and candied pineapple. The sip is perfectly balanced, the taste-olfactory correspondence is amazing, the finish is long and with a creamy texture. An authentic delicacy.

  • Optimum serving temperature:Between 8ºC and 10ºC

Bien aromatique
