The wine
Donnafugata Prio is a sensual and characteristic wine, with a bright straw yellow color. The nose offers a delicate and subtle bouquet characterized by hints of white flowers (elderberry in the foreground). The mouth is wide and fragrant, with pleasant citrus hints that highlight, above all, cedar and bergamot. The closure is long and persistent. Excellent to combine with hot and cold seafood appetizers, shellfish and vegetable-based first courses.
