The wine
Faustine Blanc is a Corsican white wine produced by the Faustine Blanc winery; upon visual examination it shows a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The aromatic bouquet is composed of vegetal and floral scents with touches of anise. The taste on the palate is refreshing, mineral and aromatic. Perfect with seafood appetizers, fish main courses and fresh cheeses.
