Domaine Bouges Touraine Petit Cormier

Working in Touraine (Loire) since 2005, Mikael Bouges is committed to using organic agricultural methods for natural and authentic winegrowing which expresses the rich wonders of the landscape. The result is a selection of pure, fresh and healthy, thirst-quenching wines that always leave you wanting to have another glass. A clear example is his Touraine Petit Cormier, a true vigneron's wine.

Petit Cormier is a single-varietal Cabernet Franc wine, with a classic expression and rich aromas of small red fruit and herbal notes of toasted green pepper. It ages in used French oak for 12 months before being bottled, unfiltered and unclarified, with just a small amount of sulphites added to maintain the purity of the fruit and identity of the terroir.
