The wine
Le Chimbanta est un vin au profil féminin et quelque peu sylvestre, obtenu à partir du cépage monica, l'un des plus anciens de Sardaigne. Le nom de "Chimbanta" ("cinquante" en sarde) est un hommage d’Alessando Dettori à son père pour ses cinquante ans.
Un rouge délicieux, fruité et floral, irrésistiblement savoureux. Au nez, des notes de framboise, de fleurs rouges, d'arbuste méditerranéen. En bouche, chaque gorgée séduit : des arômes de fruits mûris au soleil accentués par une vive salinité et des rappels marins. Expressif, brillant, de texture veloutée et longuement persistant.
