Details for Château Féret-Lambert 2016
Review
Château Féret-Lambert is obtained after cold maceration for optimal extraction of fruit aromas. Fermentation in small stainless steel tanks and thermoregulated concrete to respect the terroirs and the different maturations of the grape varieties. One part performs malolactic fermentation in new barrels.
With a beautiful layer density, this parcel cuvée offers a nice bouquet of red fruits and spices with some vegetal note. In the mouth, it offers freshness, volume and a good firm tannic structure, which suggests a healthy development in the cellar.
