The wine
Otello Rosé is an inviting rosé sparkling wine, with good body and softness of taste. It presents itself at the sight of a beautiful cherry pink color, with fine and persistent perlage. Intense and fragrant on the nose, it highlights floral notes of rose, cyclamen and violet which are associated with fruity hints of strawberry, cherry and raspberry. In the mouth it conquers with freshness, balance and a pleasantly fruity persistent finish. Excellent on hot fish appetizers, with cold cuts and salami, fish-based first courses, grilled fish and fresh cheeses.
