Cayetano del Pino Palo Cortado Vos

Showing more finesse than the Solera but not reaching the depth of the Viejísimo, the NV Palo Cortado 1/10 seems to be in an intermediate stage between the other two bottlings. It's a small criadera of ten botas (hence the name 1/10). These wines are all minimally treated and in some cases only bottled once every two years. Once the wines have been drawn from the butt they are bottled with minimal intervention. The levels of alcohol and acidity show the old age. 1,500 500-milliliter bottles were filled the 24th of February 2017 (L17053).
