Details for Cavalieri Pinot Nero 2015
Bottle size and vintage
The wine is obtained from the vinification of Pinot Noir grapes harvested by hand in small houses. In the cellar they are de-stemmed and placed in a steel tank where the fermentation process begins. At the end of this phase, the wine is decanted by gravity into barriques located in a natural cave. After at least 12-15 months of aging the wine is bottled without undergoing any fining, stabilization or filtration.
