The wine
Produced with Merlot (50%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) grapes. It comes from vineyards with South West exposure on clay-limestone marl at about 200 m above sea level. Matured in oak barrels for 12 months and aged in the bottle. Ruby red color, intense aroma with hints of morello cherry, dry and warm flavor. Wine to accompany the entire and rich range of appetizers, cheeses, first and second courses of the Italian tradition.
