The wine
The Disconsolata Barbera d'Alba is a red of great class and intensity, of an intense ruby color, tending over time to garnet. The nose has a distinctly vinous and very engaging bouquet. It gratifies the palate with a dry sip, pleasantly sour and fruity, especially in youth. It happily accompanies cheeses, cold cuts, white and red meats, poultry, mixed boiled meats, soups and minestrone.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
