Precious cru from the Monfalcon vineyard with biological management made possible by an altitude of 300-400 m, extreme hill slope and perfect exposure. Sparkling wine with explosive floral strength, elegant and naturally soft thanks to the use of a long charmat method. Excellent aperitif or sparkling wine throughout the meal. It goes very well with fish first courses, such as risotto alla marinara, or second course as grilled fish.
