The wine
Ca 'del Bosco Vintage Collection Brut is an unmistakable Franciacorta, well structured, full, intense and persistent. Beautiful gold dress and persistent perlage. It smells of citrus, medlar and nougat, followed by mineral tones and fragrant bread. Complex, soft and creamy on the palate, it delivers citrusy returns and toasted flashes spread in a tasty sip. A wine for important occasions, perfect on tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. Exceptional with haute cuisine fish dishes.
