Chardonnay Nicopeja is characterized by a bright straw yellow color and a fresh, fragrant, typically fruity aroma. The varietal golden apple notes are well recognizable. The flavor is inviting, with a pleasant acidulous tone that enhances its pleasantness. Fresh, extremely fine, elegant and delicate sip. Unmissable in the most prestigious banquets. Excellent as an aperitif and between meals. Try it with fish, especially in delicate tartare (amberjack and green apple), fresh carpaccio (sea bass) and perhaps with a raw scampi.
