Immersed for 18 months in the seabed of Trigoso with the bottles contained in stainless steel cages at a depth of 60 meters and at a constant temperature of 15 °, Abissi expresses a full straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The intense aroma releases a large bouquet that varies between musk and brackish, while the flavor is dry, long and with a marked minerality.
