Private Cartizze, the result of half a century of research, was born after 11 months of bottle aging: an elegant, evolved, persistent and particularly long-lasting sparkling wine. Straw yellow color with golden reflections. The perlage is lively, persistent and extremely fine. The scent evolves from a base of bread crust and flint and is enriched with hints of fresh wildflowers and white fruit, with nuances of grass, straw and undergrowth. The flavor is sapid, full, balanced, characterized by a delicate mineral note. To be enjoyed between meals, where it releases its noble and infinite personality on the palate. It goes excellent with first and second courses based on fish or white meat.
