Abundant and creamy foam, with good persistence of a soft crown; subtle and sinuous perlage. At sight it has a pink peach blossom with coral streaks. Fragrant and complex olfactory component, characterized by cranberry notes intertwined with delicate hints of citrus. All this amalgamated by a complex minerality. On the palate the wine is characterized by a great balance between the softness deriving from a long aging on the lees, the acidity and minerality of the Pinot Noir vinified in white and the graceful tannic texture of the macerated Pinot Noir. Millesimato recommended throughout the meal; pleasantly accompanies important appetizers, fish main courses, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
