The wine
The appearance of the wine is bright and intense pink. The scent is rich and characterized by pleasant aromas of small red fruits, carnation and a slight memory of tomato leaf. The taste on the sip is fresh, with a good fruity aftertaste. An ideal sparkling wine for the whole meal, it elegantly accompanies fish and shellfish preparations. For a "special" pairing try it with couscous with sauteed vegetables and prawns.
