The wine
Baron Edoardo Pizzini founded a golf facility in 1927, one of the first in Italy. The female figure taken from an image of the time, evokes the spirit of innovation that has always guided Barone Pizzini, today the first organic Franciacorta. Ideal as an aperitif, excellent with Culatello di Zibello and Grana Padano. It accompanies pasta with vegetable and fish sauces. It goes well with shellfish and white meats.
